Tom,
This is aimed as an advocacy tool for legislators who may not understand why databases are important to kids. It is not a description of the process.

A little bit too much--who is this for? students, librarians, teachers? And did Sally ever get the actual information she needed or does she does she just see lists of search results. I'd say Sally needs fewer databases and more time to use the information she finds ;<)
