Employee Computer and Internet Use

Computers in the 21st century play a major part in our roles as Teacher-Librarians, Technology Coaches and Media Specialist. With the advancement and popularity of Web 2.0 Applications, how are we able to ensure that fellow employees will not violate employee computer and internet use policies? And how should we deal with violators? Have any suggestions or ideas? Please feel free to share your recommendations, thoughts and ideas about this topic.
