I need suggestions for a great (required) summer read for a class of mostly boy reluctant readers. Please share some ideas. The title must be available in paperback. We need to get this one missing piece of our list out soon. The existing list is here: http://springfieldreading.wikispaces.com/Thanks,joyce

  • I loved your choices. Our kids love The Mortal Instruments books by Cassandra Clare. Seems that either SF or sports books appeal most to the guys.  How about Art of Racing in the Rain for the sports fans?

This is a great website. Two quick questions: Do you offer advertising? And two, I have a book that's geared for young adults, leans a little more to boys... in paperback. I'd be happy to send you a copy, if you want to consider it. Here's the website with info about it: www.Nuldoid.com.
    Thanks,

  • Hi Joyce,

How's NECC? Did not check your list above yet but try The Brothers Torres. I also liked Last Exit to Normal but it's not for every boy.
