"Some teachers in my building have put up requests on Donors Choose.  They are also collecting donated recycled materials.  It's amazing how many old phones, printers, etc. parents and staff have if you ask, along with toilet paper…"

"I've been sneaking maker type stuff into my grocery run all summer. Probably not what you want to hear though. ;) I do plan to ask parents for donations for things like Legos, duct tape, beads, rubber bands, etc."
